abstract
The article deals with a topic of organizational change with the aim to systemize models and implementation approaches towards managing and leading organizational change. The author offers a comprehensive view, connecting academic theory with practical managerial approaches. She also reflects on the alternatives for further development of models and presents one of the most up-to-date models of organizational change.
