The catalogue of Kroměříž Chateau Library manuscripts is the third volume in a series focusing on this library containing some of the most notable historical resources in Europe. This publication includes a selection of medieval and early modern manuscripts spanning from the 9th to the 16th century, focusing both on a close examination of the codicological and art historical attributes of each book, and on numerous coloured illustrations. The majority of manuscripts deals with liturgy and theology, however some of the volumes are concerned with science or medicine as well. Many of the texts are richly illuminated.
